Fittenstein

She is a self-assured, fit, and confident fitness instructor but also a sassy fitness bully.  As she starts to identify common misunderstandings in the fitness industry from the mixing of world views and the resulting word and idea manipulations, she has a change of heart.  As Fittenstein puts aside the fitness trap of vanity and pride she gains Biblical wisdom and becomes a real truth warrior.  Fittenstein has the ability to help others identify workout challenges, take charge of workout habits, and consider the Biblical perspective on becoming self-assured, fit and able.

Fickle Hound

Fickle Hound

He is an astute, well-trained bomb sniffing detective.  He sniffs out snares in the diet industry that lead us in dangerous directions and trap us in destructive situations.  Fickle Hound alerts us to the “pleasures” that hide in addictive tendencies and helps us become more aware that enthusiasm in the diet industry can blow up efforts to develop, maintain, and enjoy eating a normal balanced diet.

He's a faith hero.  He has faith the size of a mustard seed that can move mountains.  He has tasted the goodness of our Lord and Savior and has had a glimpse of the glory of God.  He has been crushed by humility and assigned to the task to spread the message of hope that he carries so deeply and passionately inside of him.  He coaches us to grow, to know that we are deeply loved by an awesome, omnipotent God, and to rejoice and be incredibly glad that we are called children of the utmost high God.

Z Bar

Z Bar

She struggles with low self-esteem.  She is unaware that she is listening to all the typical low self-esteem self-talk which set her up for unachievable bars such as “all-or-nothing” thinking or “black and white” thinking. When she seeks the advice of a trusted friend, she learns the Biblical method for healing. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and mind, and your neighbor as yourself. When Zbar feels that God truly accepts her as she is and has called her to become a mentor in His royal Kingdom she naturally becomes the sparkly, effervescent, and self-confident, woman she always wanted to be.
